How to avoid using the four lenses inappropriately
  • Don't stereotype
  • Don't try to change people
  • Don't negate the values of others
  • Don't let strengths become liabilities
  • Don't use colors as an excuse
  • Keep observations private
  • Give good gifts
  • Carry all the color lenses with you
  • Validate the strengths of each color
  • Learn from others
