What are the 5 components of Fitness?
Flexibility, Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, and Body Comp.
Flexibility
The ability for muscles/joints to go through a range of motion
Cardiorespiratory Endurance
Ability for heart and lungs to supply oxygen and necessary fuel to the muscle during exercise over time.
Muscular Strength
Ability of muscles to exert force one time
Muscular Endurance
Ability to exert force of muscles for long periods of time
Body Composition
The ratio of fat to muscle, bone, and other tissues that make up one's body
