Level 2 (EG 3-4)

Understands a situation by taking apart problems into pieces and sees basic relationships. When looking at information, sees patterns and able to identify similarities with past situations. Prioritizes work and aligns actions with external strategies and goals. |
Level 3 (EG 5-8)

Level 4 (EG 9-11)

Analyses relationships and has long-term perspectives i.e. foresees obstacles and thinks ahead about next steps. Considers big picture of organization’s strategic plans when developing projects & opportunities that impact the organization. Simplifies complex situations/ ideas. |
Level 5
(EG 12 & above)

Is aware of projected directions of industry and how changes may impact the organization. Makes complex analysis, creates new concepts and develops long-term plans, visions and strategies to change the future of the organization and impact the industry at large. |
