A person in a story or play.

The character that works against the hero and is the villain in the story.

The point in the plot that created the greatest intensity, excitement or suspense.
Resolution?
The conclusion of the story, when all or most of the conflicts have been settled.

The attitude the writer takes toward the subject of the work or the characters in it.

The time changes in a plot, moving either forward or back. Recall a memory.

When and where the story takes place.
Plot?
The storyline; what the story is about.
Theme?
The main messsage in the story.
External Conflict?
When conflict is with an outside force such as another character, nature and society.

A problem or struggle.
