Step 2	Directs assistant to hold and maintain neutral in-line stabilization of the spine and do not release until asked

Step 11	Secure hands and feet appropriately (if patient is conscious, have them hold their hands; if unconscious, secure with a triangular bandage)
Step 12	Reassess CMS in all four extremities
