Milking |
My job is to eat well, sleep well and produce high-quality milk. I can produce 25 to 40 liters of milk in a day.

Transport |
Every morning, milk is collected and transported to a milk plant!

Milk is heated to kill the invisible germs to make it safe. Also, the fat in the milk is broken down to the same size to give creamy, consistent yogurt.

Now, my friend, Mr. Lactic Acid Bacteria will help me. He takes a hot bath in the milk and produces lactic acid, which gives sourness to the yogurt. When it is sour enough, the temperature is cooled down.
