Action-Reaction Syndrome

For every action the government takes the people
are going to react to it. Then the government takes action to counter it and
this is never ending.
EX: The higher the tax rate then the people and corporations want to add loopholes. |

It is in regard to administrative law, the process in which administrative law judge hears and decides issues that arise when an agency chargers a person or firm with violation a law or regulation enforces by the agency. |

This is a balance of personal and policy preference. The outcome of this is based on attitude and political preference so the outcome can be predicted. |

constitution.
Statutory is when it is enacted by the legislators. |
Delegate/Trustee/Politico
|
Trustee is a representative that severs a broad
interest of the entire society, and not just the narrow interest of his or her
constituents. Act off of consciences and national needs not just what your
people want. What you think is best.
Delegate is when they hold the view of their constituents regardless of what their own opinion is. Do what will make the people you represent happy. Politico is when they take a trustee on some issues and delegate on another. It is a combination. |
