internet, phone, or mail order prescription may be filled

20/2004 ASCA amended the COntrolled Substance Act and changed the
definition of anabolic steroid to a new one. THe new definition
changed the basis of its new schedule as a Schedule III by
eliminating the requirement to prove muscle growth. It increased the
number of anabolic steroids to 59. It also provided the requirement
to handle substance as anabolic steroid to include registration,
security, labeling and packaging, inventory, record maintenance,
prescriptions, disposals, importation and exportation, and criminal
liability.

resistant within 72 hours. A pharmacy may transfer prescription via
fax, telephone to anther pharmacy and will not need to confirm the
prescription from the physician.
