How many points is one goal worth?

What is high-sticking?
|
A minor penalty when a player carries his stick above the normal height of opponent's shoulders and hits the opponent. if injury occurs, it's a major penalty. if referee determines it was unintentional and no contact occurred, it's a team infraction and a face-off is held.
