|
Every project has a beginning and an end, it is defined as temporary.

|
Projects create a product or arifact, capability to perform a service, or sime kind of result. these end results are usually created in a new way with unique and distinct components. Just because it is repetitive does not mean it is unique.

Progressive elaborative
|
Projects use a process of developing in steps with continuous increments. This process is referred to as progressive elaboration. As more information about the project is revealed, it can be incorporated incrementally into the project objectives, deliverables and scope.

An ongoing endeavor, short in duration , usually undertaken to create a temporary result, or something that has been done before in the exact same way.
