Tell me about yourself:
|
I’ve been with Kelly Services for eleven years and have
experience in the field as a technical recruiter and working on the hotline in
both a tech support and a business support role. I’m very knowledgeable in most of Kelly’s business
applications like KSN and Bullhorn and am currently studying for my A+ exam to
increase my value to the company.

Why do you want to leave the
hotline?
|
I’m looking for a new challenge. I’m looking for something new and this
position seems like a great fit with a link to what I’ve known and a new
challenge for me. I’m positive that with
my years of service and knowledge I can make a positive impact in your
department.

you?
|
I think they would say that they could depend on me for help
in any aspect. My coworkers are my
teammates and the team comes first. They
would say Im very goal oriented, but flexible and approachable. And they would say I’m adaptable. New situations don’t scare me and I welcome a
challenge.
|
What
have you done to improve your knowledge in the last year?
|
I am currently studying to pass my A+ exam which I’ll be taking on July
29th. I have been studying on
my own for the last three months using the Kelly Learning Center, various web

new things. I am constantly trying to
improve my knowledge of the applications I work with.

I am very much a team player, and I know my place on a team. If I am chosen to lead a project, I treat
every team member with honesty and try to lead by example. If I’m a team member, I try to get as much
information as I can to not just complete my task, but to be ready to help
another team member.
|

how you would be an asset to this organization
|
My experience at Kelly gives me a unique perspective. My time in the field, while short, gives me a
perspective I can use to better help our customers and with my time at first
level support, I am able to support a broad range of applications with expert
knowledge. I am a team player, am goal
oriented and am very dependable.

I’m very adaptable to all sorts of working styles so there really isn’t
anything negative I can say about any coworker, past or present.

I am very adaptable to new situations and environments. I love challenges and things that are
difficult. I am always looking for ways
to, if not improve myself, to improve the team.

done more efficiently.
