Health is the state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being.

1. Panic disorders- chest pain, palpitations, sweating, and chills 2. Generalized anxiety disorder- chronic and exaggerated worry and tension 3. OCD- anxious thoughts and rituals you feel you cannot control 4. Depression- #1 mental illness, characterized by dejection, guilt, hoplessness. Two ways to treat depression are medication and therapy. If untreated it could lead to suicide.

Insomnia is having trouble falling asleep. Parasomnia is nightmares, sleepwalking, and sleep apnea.

Aging is when normal changes in body functions that occur after sexual maturity.
