Ballad
Song/songlike poem that tells a story
Folk ballad
Composed by anonymous singers and passed down orally from generation to generation before being written down.
Literary ballad
Composed and written down by poets, usually in folk ballad style
Incremental repetition

Private words that a character in a play speaks to audience or another character that are not supposed to be heard by others onstage

Repetition of similar vowel sounds followed by different consonant sounds in words close together
