Is responsible for managing tactical operations at the incident site to save lives, protect property, establish situation control and restore normal conditions.

Is responsible for providing administrative oversight & training for the CRT Negotiation & Tactical Elements.

Is a comprehensive guide for managing all forms of disturbances/disasters within the jurisdiction of each priaon. The basic format of this plan is standardized for all prisons & is augmented by Resource Supplements that delinate required site-specific procedures.

Is comprimised of specially selected, trained, & equiped personnel with expertise in tactical resolution, assault tactics, special weapons, selected marksmanship, negotiation skills, crisis intervention & hostage rescue.

Is responsible for the development of the operations plan. Effectively communicate with the NL & TL, maintainthrough tracking system of all training & budgetary expendatures.

Is responsible for conducting briefings with the news media for the release of identified information regarding the status of any emergency situation.

Is staffed by the NL the TL and the CRTC, all intelligence gathered by the Tactical element & Negotiation element is channeled through here.

Is responsible for coordinating the tactical discipline, the development of the tactical portion of the operations plan, commanding tactical field operations under the direction of the Commander and following the approved operation plan.
