  When a child falls and is injured, what procedure to you follow when writing an accident report?

  • If the injury is bleeding or leaves a mark, accident report must be filled out
  • The teacher fills out report
  • Teacher makes two copies of report
    1. One goes in child’s file
    2. Second goes in the accident report file
The original goes to the parents
