Paired structures, largest in brain, help fish to see, connected to optic nerves (which cross and connect to eyes)

Telencephalon
|
Anterior to optic lobes, homologous to cerebrum in mammals

Olfactory Lobes
|
Ventral to telencephalon, olfactory tracts contain nerves and connect olfactory lobes to nares.

Auricular (acoustic) Lobes
|
Assist in hearing, connected to inner ear by acoustic nerves, posterior to optic lobes

Cerebellum
|
Not divided into hemispheres (as in mammals)
|
Medulla
|
Ventral to cerebellum, anterior portion of spinal cord which connects it to the brain.
