Basic Alcoholic Drinks

1/2 oz. vodka 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao 1/2 oz. Gin 1/2 oz. sweet and sour mix -build over ice in a 12oz. Snifter glass and fill with soda water.

1 oz. Benedictine 1oz. Brandy -Stir and serve in a snifter.

2 parts Dekuyper Pucker sour apple 2 parts VOX Vodka -Shalle with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with apple slices.

1 peach half champagne simple syrup -muddle the peach in a champange glass with a little simple sryup. Fill the glass with champagne.

1/2 oz bacardi light or dark rum cola -pour rum into tall glass(collins) filled with ice. Fill with your fav cola and garnish with fresh lemon.

1/2 oz. vodka 3/4 oz. Coffee Liqueur -add coffee then coffee liquer to a glass filled with cubed ice. Stir briskly. Garnish with a swizzle stick, add cream for a white russian. Highball glass

11/4 oz. Vodka 21/2 oz. Tomato Juice Dash Worcestershire Sauce dash tabasco sauce dash salt and pepper -pour vodka over ice in a glass.(collins) fill with tomato juice. add a dash or 2 of worcetershire sauce and tobasco sauce. stir and garnish with a celery stalk.

2 parts irish whiskey 1 part clear honey 1/2 part lemon juice 1-3 parts water -pour all ingrediants into a pan and heat gentely until the honey has dissolved. Place a teaspoon into a short tumbler and pour drink carefully into the glass( the spoon keeps glass from cracking). Serve with cinnamon sticks.

11/2 oz. Brandy or cognac 1/2 oz. Dark creme de Cacao 1 oz. Sweet Cream or ice cream -shake with ice, strain.

13/4 oz. canadian club whisky 3 oz. club soda -serve in a collins glass with ice.

3 oz. Champagne, chilled 1 cube sugar dash angostura bitters -stir ingrdients slowly and garnish with a lemon.

1 part cointreau 2 parts vodka juice of 1/2 lime splash cranberry -martini glass, shake with ice and strain.

1 1/2 cognac 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1/2 powdered sugar champagne -combine everything with champagne. shake and pour in a champagne glass. Fill with chanpagne. Garnish with a lemon tiwst.

1 1/4 peach schnapps 3oz. orange juice -por schnapps over ice in a rocks glass. fill with orange juice and stir well.

11/4 vodka 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice -mix vodka and lime juice in a glass with ice. Strain and serve in a cocktail glass garnish with a lime twist.
