Capable of being reached quickly without having to climb over or remove obstacles or resort to portable ladders.

|
Acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction, usually the electrical inspector.

Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)
|
The organization, office, or individual responsible for approving equipment, materials, an installation, or a procedure.

Bonded (Bonding)
|
Connected to establish electrical continuity and conductivity.

Bonding Jumper
|
A conductor that ensures electrical conductivity between metal parts of the electrical installation.

Building
|
A structure that stands alone or is cut off from other structures by firewalls with all openings protected by fire doors approved by the authority having jurisdiction.
