Freedom of press, speech, religion, assembly, and petition. This means that all citizens of the untied states of America have the right to say what they want, to believe and follow whatever religion they desire, come together without government interference, and draft a petition without fear of punishment.

The right to bear arms. This amendment gives citizens the right to own a gun/ guns.

Quartering of Soldiers. No home owner will house soldiers without the consent of said home owner.

Search and siezure. No citizen should be searched or any items of thiers be taken without a proper warrant with a reasonable cause.

Trial and Punishmen, compensation for takings. Most every person being convicted for a crime will be judged by a grand jury, and no person will be tried for the same crime twice.

Right to a Speedy Trial. All people being tried for a crim will be able to enjoy the right of a quick trial.

Right to a Trial by Jury in Civil Cases. Those cititzens being tried for a civil case will be given the right to a trial by jury, where the jury makes the final decision rather than a judge.

Cruel and Unusual Punishment. Excessive bail, fines, and cruel and unusual punishment will not be imposed.

Construction of Constitution. All U.S. citizens are garunteed these rights.

Powers of the States and People Powers not granted to the states in the constition are reserved for the states or the people.

Judicial Limits Basically no state can be sued in a federal court by another state or a foreign country.

Choosing the President and Vice President. The presidential election would be chosen by the electoral votes rather than a direct vote.

Slavery Abolished Both slavery and involintary servitude are outlawed except for prisoners.

Citizenship Rigths. All people born in the United States automatically become citizens.

Race no Bar to Vote. Siad that a citizen's right to vote did not depend on thier race.
