It includes...Naturalization Acts- extends period must live in US to become a citizen (14 yrs)...Alien Act- president can deport dangerous aliens w/o due process of law...Alien Enemies Act-President can deport dangerous enemy aliens during war...Sedition Act-Makes a crime to critize government officals with false, scandalous, or malicious statements.

Created a confederation (bad: state governments are more powerful then national governments, no excutive, no standing army, no taxing at national level, no common currency, 75% must agree to law) (good: Land Ordenince of 1785 and NW Land Ordenince of 1787, these still effect us today) Adopted by Second Contental Congress.
