Bartender School Basic Liquors

Before a bartender can get behind the bar to begin making drinks he must first be familiar with his tools. The most basic tool a bartender will use is liquor. Just as a carpenter is familiar with all the tools in his toolbox and how each is to be used when used properly, a bartender must be familiar with the spirits behind the bar, the differences between them, and how they are used in mixing drinks.
