Freedom of Religion Description: The government cannot make any law about religion

Freedom of Press Description: The press can freely publish any kind of media

Freedom of Assembly Description: People can gather/assemble peacefully

Freedom of Petition Description: Any person who has something to say can petition the government to his/her concern

Freedom of Speech Description: Any person can freely talk without a limit

MIlitia, Soveirgn state, and right to keep and bear arms Description: A person can have a gun

Protection of quartering of troops Description:Protection from people to say no or yes have troops in their homes

Protection from unsreasonable search and seizure Description:An officer has to have a warrant by a court to search a person or things

Due process, double jeopardy, self-incrimination and eminent domain Description: A person cannot be convicted to the same crime

Trial by jury and rights of the accused, confrontation clause, speedy trial, public trial, and right to counsel Description:The accused have a right to know what he is being accused from and be told who is testifying against him and have an attorney

Civil trial by jury Description: It allows the accused to have a trial by jury or a judge

Probihition of excessive bail and cruel and unusual punishment Description: No person shall pay an excessive amount of bail or cruel an unusual punishment more than the crime made

Protection of rights not specifically enumerated in the Constitution Description: There is a right not written in the constitution for the people

Powers of States and People Description: Powers that are not reserved by the Constitution and/or the States are kept for the pople
